- ALL SHOWER / BATHROOM ACCESSORIES ARE SOLD "AS-IS". NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES, PRICE ADJUSTMENTS OR CANCELLATIONS WILL BE ALLOWED ON THESE ITEMS

You may cancel your order at no cost within 24 hours of placing it.

Our suppliers undertake a detailed process to prepare your order, which includes selecting materials, assembling the order, packing the boxes, and creating labels.

If you cancel more than 24 hours after placing the order, a 15% cancellation fee will apply.

Cancellations are not permitted once the order has shipped from the warehouse.

We accept returns for exchange or refund within 7 calendar days of product delivery. After this period, exchanges or store credit may be offered at our discretion.

Natural stone is a product of natural and is therefore subject to natural variation of color, shading, veins, markings and texture from piece to piece. The typical variation of a stone is dependent upon the types of stone selected. No claims will be accepted after materials are fabricated or installed. We extend no guarantees, expressed or implied, as to slipperiness, wear resistance or maintenance procedures. All natural stone is subject to some wearing or scratching over time.
- Returns and exchanges will only be accepted if terms and conditions noted below are followed:

Items must be in “new, unmodified, and unused condition,” with both products and packaging showing no signs of wear or damage. Boxes should be in their original form.

Original sales receipt and an RMA (returns material authorization form) must accompany all returns. No returns will be accepted without an RMA.

The item must not be a special or custom order.

Return requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the delivery date (no returns are accepted after this period).

A 25% restocking fee applies to returned items that are not exchanged and are undamaged. Additionally, you must submit a Return Request within 7 days if you plan to return any item to our store.
- Shipping Costs are not refundable.

We do not accept partial returns; only complete returns are permitted once all other conditions are met. Items must remain in their original, unopened packaging.

Refunds are subject to an inspection of the item(s) upon receipt.

After 7 calendar days, only exchanges or store credit will be offered for returns.

Items returned after 7 days and without a prior Return Request will NOT qualify for a refund.
- If seller is not at fault, customer is responsible for return Shipping Costs.
- If a product is received damaged or missing, please contact us immediately.
- Customers are required to inspect all received products for damage within 3 days from the date of delivery.

Any claims made more than 3 days after delivery will not be accepted, including reasons such as ‘received but not opened’ or ‘installation has not started yet.’”
- Broken pieces under 5% are acceptable. If it exceeds, you must provide photos and proof of broken pieces.

Claims will not be accepted once the product has been installed.
